الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس وعلاقته بالكفاءة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بولاية بورقلة
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من العلاقة بين الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس والكفاءة الذاتية لدى طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بولاية ورقلة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (257) طالبا وطالبة، استخدمت الدراسة أدوات تتمثل في: مقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لــ: الحاج قدوري وبوحفص بن كريمة(2015)، ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية لــ: شفارتزجيروزليم ترجمة رضوان سامر(1997). واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتمت المعالجة الاحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (spss)، وتم اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون، المتوسط النظري للمقياس، اختبار "ت" لعينة واحدة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1-اتجاه طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة كان ايجابيا 2-مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لطلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة كان مرتفعا. 3-توجد علاقة دالة احصائيا بين الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس والكفاءة الذاتية لطلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة. وعلى أساس هذه النتائج، اختتمت هذه الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات لدراسات المستقبلية. This study has been aimed to achieve to check the relations between the orientation taward teaching and the self efficacy for students of high school university of Ouargla. The study sample composed of 257 students. And it used tools like: the measurement tool to study profisional for the doctor hadjkaddouri and bouhafs Ben krima 2015. Also the mesurent tool of the self efficacy for: chvarrtergyrolysm. Traduction(radouanesamer 1997). The study was rely on the descriptive approach method. And the statistic processing has been achieved by using the statistic program (spss). The hypotheses were tested using the pirson engagement coefficient, the theoretical medium measurement and T-test. The study found the following results: 1- The students of the higher school for professors were positive. 2- The level of self-efficacy of the students of the high school of professors was high. 3- There is a statistically significant relationship between the trend towards the teaching profession and the self-efficacy of students of the high school of professors. On the basis of these results, this study was concluded with a number of recommendations and proposals for future studies.
