Résumé: لقد كفل التشريع الإسلامي الحماية للنفس البشرية بعدم الاعتداء عليها بغير حق في أي مرحلة من مراحل تكوينها، سواق قبل الولادة أو بعدها، وفرض من العقوبات ما يردع ذا الجهالة من القيام بالاعتداء عليه. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في مدى شرعية إجهاض ولد الزنا، مستنداً في ذلك إلى الأدلة الشرعية ومراعياً مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية لنتوصل في الأخير إلى ترجيح الرأي الصائب. Abstract: Islamic legislation has ensured protection for the human soul by not unlawfully assaulting it at any stage of its formation, driving before or after birth, and imposing punishments that would deter the ignorant from attacking him. This study aims to investigate the legality of aborting a child of adultery, basing it on the legal evidence and taking into account the objectives of Islamic law, in order to finally arrive at a correct opinion.
