تقدير علاقة الانفاق الاستهلاكي الخاص ببعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية في الجزائر. دراسة قياسية للفترة (1990/2018)

Résumé: إنطلقت فكرة هذه الدراسة من عدة معطيات كان أبرزها محاولة طرح تفسير علمي ومنطقي لعلاقة الانفاق الاستهلاكي الخاص بالمتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (1990/2018)، وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في كون الاستهلاك الخاص المحرك الرئيس لتلك المتغيرات. وقد أوضحت النتائج المستخلصة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة ومعنوية إحصائيا بين الإنفاق الاستهلاكي الخاص وبين الناتج المحلي الحقيقي الخاص، ومستويات التضخم والإنفاق الإستهلاكي النهائي الخاص الحقيقي للسنة السابقة، وعلاقة سالبة ليس لها معنوية إحصائية بين الإنفاق الاستهلاكي الخاص ومعدلات التوظيف، والإيرادات الحكومية غير النفطية. وهو ما يدفع نحو ضرورة المحافظة على السلوك الاستهلاكي مع توجيهه، وزيادة مساهمته في التنمية. The idea of this study stemmed from several data, the most prominent of which was an attempt to present a scientific and logical explanation of the relationship of consumer spending to the macroeconomic variables in the Algerian economy during the period (1990-2019), and the importance of the topic lies in the fact that private consumption is the main driver of these variables. The results obtained showed that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between private consumption spending and the real GDP of the private sector, inflation levels and real private final consumption spending for the previous year, and a negative and statistically insignificant relationship between private consumption spending and employment rates, and non-oil government revenues. This is what drives the necessity of preserving consumer behavior while directing it, and increasing its contribution to economic development.
