Résumé: ملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد استراتيجية الفاعل داخل النسق، سواء كان الفاعل فرد أو جماعة، فحسب ميشال كروني، كل فرد في التنظيم له هامش من الحرية يستغله التحقيق. أهدافه ضمن منظومة الأهداف الفاعل لا يسعى دائما إلى تعظيم مكانته ودوره داخل التنظيم إنما يحافظ عليها ويقوم بتغيير استراتيجيات عمله دون المساس بالقواعد الرسمية. للسق، فالفرد تفاعل استراتيجي بيني استراتيجيات عن طريق مناطق الظل التي يوسعها مع الفاعلين الآخرين الذين يدخلون ضمن قواعد اللعبة، ويشكلون في الأخير نسق فعل ملموس داخل النسق، والتحقيق هذه الأهداف سيتم خلال هذه الدراسة الاعتماد على قراءة تحليلية وفق مقاربة التحليل الاستراتيجي في تحليل الأفعال الاستراتيجية للفاعل داخل النسق، وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج تتمحور أساسا حول: أولا: الأفعال الاستراتيجية للفاعل داخل السبل التي تحددها جملة التحالفات والتعارضات والتفاوض وعملية التعاون أيضاء ثانيا: الوصول إلى المصادر المعرفية للمفاعل الاستراتيجي التي تتحدد عن طريق مكانته ودوره في النسل والمتمثلة في المعرفة العلمية السلطة الجادة القوة. هذا من خلال الطرح النظري العلمي والموضوعي للآراء التي تحددها الظاهرة والممارسات العملية المتعلقة بها من منظور سوسيو - استراتيجي Abstract: The study aims to determine the strategy of the actor within the system, whether the actor is an individual or a group, according to Michel Crozier, each individual in the organization has a margin of freedom that he exploits to achieve his goals within the goals system. The actor does not always seek to maximize his position and role within the organization, but rather maintains it and changes his work strategies without prejudice to the official rules of the system. Within the system, and in order to achieve these goals, during this study, it will be based on an analytical reading according to the approach of strategic analysis in analyzing the strategic actions of the actor within the system, The research concluded with a number of results that revolve mainly around: First: The strategic actions of the actor within the system are determined by the totality of alliances, contradictions, negotiation and the process of cooperation as well. Second: The cognitive sources of the strategic actor are determined by his position and role in the system, which are scientific knowledge, authority, prestige, and power. This is through the scientific and objective theoretical presentation of opinions determined by the phenomenon and the practical practices related to it from a socio-strategic perspective.
