تقدير الذات وعلاقته بقيم العمل دراسة ميدانية على عمال النظافة ببلدية العطف ولاية غرداية انمودجا
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تقدير الذات وعلاقته بقيم العمل لدىعمال النظافة ببلدية العطف ولاية غرداية، إضافة إلى تحديد عواملالخلفية الفردية والمتمثلة في: السن، المستوى التعليمي، سنوات الأقدمية، الجنس.ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وللوصول إلى البيانات اللازمة، تم الاعتمادعلى مقياس:تقدير الذاتلكوبر سميث، وعلىمقياس القيم التنظيميةلأحمد بن علي الصميلي واستهدفتمجتمع البحث المذكور أعلاه والذي يتكون من 50عامل أي المسح الشامل ما يعادل 100 %. قام الباحثان بالاعتماد على برنامج الإحصائي SPSS(النسخة 24)في معالجة المعطيات،حيث تم استخدام أدوات تحليل النتائج التالية :( المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، اختبار "ت"). وقد اسفرت هذه الدراسة على النتائج التالية: *الفرضية العامة: توجد علاقة ضعيفة عكسية تقدير الذات والقيم العمل. * الفرضية 1:لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيافيتقدير الذات تعزى الى متغير الأقدمية. * الفرضية 2: لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في تقدير الذات تعزى الى متغير المستوى التعليمي. * الفرضية 3: لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في قيم العمل تعزى الى متغير الخبرة. *الفرضية 4:لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في قيم العملتعزى الى متغير المستوى التعليمي. The current study aimed to identify self-esteem and its relationship to the work values of cleaners in the municipality of Atef, Ghardaia, in addition to identifying the individual background factors represented in: age, educational level, years of seniority, gender. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and in order to access the necessary data, the scale: self-esteem of Cooper Smith, and the scale of organizational values of Ahmed bin Ali Al-Sumaili were relied on, and it targeted the research community mentioned above, which consists of 50 factors, i.e. the comprehensive survey equivalent to 100%. The researchers relied on the statistical program SPSS (version 24) in data processing, where the following tools were used to analyze the results: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, "t" test). This study yielded the following results: *General hypothesis: There is a weak inverse relationship between self-esteem and work values.
