Résumé: The objective of the study was to identify job satisfaction and its impact on the professional performance of primary education teachers. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach to achieve the research hypothesis, namely, "Job satisfaction affects teacher performance." The sample consisted of 30 teachers in the primary stage, As for the instrument of the study, it was a questionnaire that measures the level of teacher satisfaction with performance. We relied on the degree of job satisfaction of Dr. Noureddine Abdel-Gawad and Mustafa Mohamed Metwally. After confirming the characteristics of this study and measuring the purpose of the study, And we relied on the arithmetic average to see how high or low the responses of the sample members of each study were based on the terms of the basic study variables and the standard deviation to determine the deviation of the responses of the sample members.
