Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذا المقال الإشارة إلى دور إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحسين الكفاءة الإنتاجية في المنظمات والتي لم تعد أمرا اختياريا بل شرطا جوهريا للبقاء والنمو في محيط شديد المنافسة، كما أصبح رفع مستوى أداء منظمات الأعمال وتحسين الكفاءة الإنتاجية مرهون بتوفير جميع الإمكانيات وتسخير مجموعة من الموارد اللازمة "مادية،مالية،بشرية،تكنولوجية"والتي من أهمها الموارد البشرية، لأن التنافس في ظل عالمية السوق أصبح يعتمد على تنمية الموارد والكفاءات البشرية باعتبارها القادرة على الإبداع والتطوير وحسن إدارة التغيير وباعتبار المورد البشري العنصر الفعال والأداة الأساسية في العملية الإنتاجية. Abstract: In this article, we try to point to the role of human resources management in improving production efficiency in organizations, which is no longer an option but a prerequisite for survival and growth in a highly competitive environment, Increasing the performance of business organizations and improving productive efficiency depends on providing all the possibilities and harnessing the necessary resources "material, financial, human, technological", the most important of which are human resources Because competition under the global market has become dependent on the development of human resources and competencies as capable of innovation and development and good management of change and the human resource as an effective component and the main tool in the production process.
