اختلاف المفسّرين في عود الضّمير في القرآن الكريم

Résumé: جاء هذا البحث المعنون بـ: "اختلاف المفسّرين في عود الضمير في القرآن الكريم"، ليعالج الإشكالية الآتية: ما هي الآثار المترتبة على اختلاف المفسّرين في عود الضمير؟ وقد سلكتُ لمعالجتها خطّة مكوّنة من مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة؛ حيث خصّصت التمهيد للتعريف بالمصطلحات الأساسية المكوّنة للعنوان، ثمَّ بيّنتُ فيه الأسباب العامة لاختلاف المفسّرين، ومظاهر اختلافهم في عود الضمير. أمّا المبحث الأول فقد خصّصته لبيان الأثر الفقهي المترتب على اختلاف المفسّرين في عود الضمير، وهذا ضمن مطلبين، وجاء المبحث الثاني لبيان الأثر العقدي لاختلاف المفسّرين في عود الضمير وضمّنته مطلبين أيضا. وقد توصلت في نهاية هذا البحث إلى نتائج أهمّها: - أنّ اختلاف المفسّرين في عود الضمير سببه احتمال النّص القرآني لوجوه شتّى من المعاني والدّلالات. - أنّ اختلاف المفسّرين في عود الضمير قد تترتّب عليه آثار فقهية وأخرى عقدية. This research, entitled: "The difference of interpreters in the return of conscience in the Holy Quran," to address the following problem: What are the implications of the different interpreters in the return of conscience? A preface to the definition of the basic terms of the title, and then the general reasons for the difference of the interpreters and the different aspects of the return of conscience. The first topic is devoted to the statement of the jurisprudential effect of different interpreters in the return of conscience, and this is within two requirements. The second section of the statement of the contractual effect of the difference of interpreters in the return of conscience and included two requirements. At the end of this research, I reached the following conclusions: - The difference of interpreters in the return of conscience caused by the possibility of the Koranic text of different meanings and meanings. - The difference of interpreters in the return of conscience may have implications of jurisprudence and other contractual.
