Résumé: This research paper aims to find out the mechanisms by which the Algerian banking system must adapt in light of the new global changes and the trend of the digital economy, and we have found that banks must, in order not to get out of competition: keeping pace with the revolution in e-commerce, accepting payment systems and electronic cash transfer, and providing information services on stocks and other financial markets and local and international markets.
