العوامل المؤثرة على نجاح تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة- دراسة حالة في صندوق ضمان الصفقات العمومية – المديرية الجهوية للجنوب -ورقلة

Résumé: يوفر نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) مزايا وتسهيلات شاملة للمؤسسة بأكملها ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم العوامل التي تؤثر على نجاح نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات في مؤسسة تسمى CGMP-DRS –Ouargla ، واستخدمنا عينة من 25 موظفًا في نفس المؤسسة حيث يمثلون المجموعة التي تستخدم النظام باستخدام الملاحظة والمقابلة والاستبيان كأدوات دراسة ، وبالنسبة لبرنامج SPSS فقد تم استخدامه لدراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرين وهما: العوامل الحاسمة / المتطلبات و معايير نجاح نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات ، وأهم النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها هي: التدريب ، والإدارة العليا ، والتغيير وإعادة الهندسة هي العوامل التي تضمن نجاح النظام ، في حين أن باقي العوامل المدروسة لا تؤثر عليه ، وهي: دعم الموردين ، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات.Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system provides comprehensive benefits and facilities to the entire organization, This study aimed to understand the factors affecting the success of the ERP system in CGMP-DRS –Ouarglas institution, and we used a sample of 25 employees in the same institution, where they represent the group that uses the system, by using the observation, the interview , And the questionnaire as a study tools , concerning the SPSS program it was used to study the relationship between the two variables which are : the critical factors / requirements and criteria the system’s success , and the most important results were obtained are : Training, senior management, change and re-engineering are the factors that guarantee The success of the system, while the rest of the studied factors doesn’t effect it , which are: supplier support, information and communication technology.
