التحول من الصراع الإيديولوجي إلى الصراع الحضاري: الخلفيات والأبعاد The Shift From Ideological Conflict To Cultural Conflict: Backgrounds And Dimensions

Résumé: يشهد العالم مجموعة من التحولات غيرت في بنية النظام الدولي، وأثرت على أنماط الصراعات وطرق إدارتها خاصة بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة التي تعتبر مرحلة هامة في تاريخ الصراعات، فقد تميزت بالصراع الإيديولوجي بين المعسكر الشرقي بزعامة الإتحاد السوفييتي، و المعسكر الغربي بزعامة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، غير أن الصراع أخذ أشكالا وأبعادا جديدة بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة وظهور مايسمى بالنظام الدولي الجديد، حيث كان الدين محركا أساسيا لمختلف الصراعات، لذلك ظهر مفهوم الصراع الحضاري، وتكمن خطورة هذا الصراع في استعماله كمبرر للسيطرة على الدول الضعيفة، ونشر الثقافة والقيم الغربية في إطار مشروع حضاري تغريبي في مواجهة الحضارة العربية الإسلامية وهو ما أجج الصراعات في العالم، وبذلك فإن الحوار الحضاري يبقى الحل الوحيد للتعايش والسلام بين مختلف الثقافات والأديان. Abstract: The world is witnessing a set of transformations that change in the structure of the international system and affected the patterns of conflict management methods, especially after the end of the cold war, which is an important stage in the history of the conflict, have been marked by ideological conflict between the eastern camp led by the Soviet Union and the western camp, led by the United States of America, however the conflict taking new forms and dimensions after the end of the cold war and the emergence of the so-called new international order, where religion was a key engine of various conflicts, and therefore the concept of cultural conflict, the seriousness of this conflict lies in its use as an excuse to control the weak States, the diss emination of culture and values in the framework of civilized project in the face of Arab Islamic civilization, which fuelled conflicts in the world, thus, the civilized dialog remains the only solution of coexistence and peace among the different cultures and religions.
