مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى موظفي كلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة من وجهة نظرهم.

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى موظفي كلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، والكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية باختلاف المتوسط النظري والمتوسط الحسابي وكذا الفروق في مستوى الثقافة التنظيمة بالاختلاف متغير السن، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (70) موظف بالاعتماد في جمع البيانات على استبيان (هشام زروقة،2016 ) المعتمد من طرف الباحثة وبعد المعاجلة الإحصائية للنتائج المتحصل عليها باستخدام حزمة الأساليب الإحصائية SPSS(20) تم التوصل إلى أن مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى موظفي كلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة مرتفعا. وتوجد فروق بين أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية ،بينما لا توجد فروق دالة في مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى الموظفين اباختلاف السن. الكلمات المفتاحية : الثقافة التنظيمية ؛ الموظفين ؛ كلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة. Abstract: The study aims to know the level of organizational culture among the employees of the Faculty of Mathematics and Material Sciences at the University of Kasdi Merbah and Ouargla, and to reveal the differences in the level of organizational culture by the difference in the theoretical average and the arithmetic mean, as well as the differences in the level of organizational culture with the difference in the age variable, and the descriptive approach was adopted, and the study was applied. On a sample of (70) employees, depending on the data collection questionnaire (Hiham Zarrouka, 2016) approved by the researcher After the statistical treatment of the results obtained using the SPSS (20) statistical methods package, it was concluded that the level of organizational culture among the employees of the Faculty of Mathematics and Material Sciences at the University of kasdi Merbah and Ouargla is high. There are differences between the organizational culture dimensions, while there are no significant differences in the level of organizational culture among employees with different age.
