التوافق النفسي وعلاقته بدافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي دراسة ميدانية بولاية الوادي

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة ثانية ثانوي ودراسة الفروق في العلاقة تبعا لمتغير الجنس والتخصص ولتحقيق الهدف المرجو اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي, وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 160 تلميذا، وكانت نتائج الدراسة كالآتي: 1- وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة التوافق النفسي ودرجة الدافعية للإنجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة ثانية ثانوي. 2- لا تختلف العلاقة بين درجة التوافق النفسي ودرجة الدافعية للإنجاز باختلاف الجنس. 3- لا تختلف العلاقة بين درجة التوافق النفسي ودرجة الدافعية للإنجاز باختلاف التخصص. Abstract: The research paper aimed to study the relationship between psychological compatibility and achievement motivation among second-year secondary school pupils and to study the differences in the relationship according to the variable of sex and specialization. To achieve the desired goal, the study relied on the correlational descriptive approach, The study was applied on a sample of 160 students, and the results of the study were as follows: The existence of a statistically significant correlation between the degree of psychological compatibility and the degree of motivation for achievement among second-year secondary school students. 2- The relationship between the degree of psychological compatibility and the degree of motivation for achievement does not differ according to gender. 3- The relationship between the degree of psychological compatibility and the degree of motivation for achievement does not differ according to the specialization.
