التكوين الجامعي في اطار نظام ضمان الجودة: دراسة ميدانية ببعض جامعات الشرق

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إيجاد أفضل طريقة لتحسين التطبيق العملي لنظام ضمان الجودة في الجامعات الجزائرية من أجل المساهمة الفعالة في تحسين جودة التكوين، وللوصول إلى هذا الهدف تم تطبيق استبانين كأداة قياس بعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لهما. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها: ان نظام ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية غير مطبق فعليا على ارض الواقع منذ وضعه حيز التنفيذ سنة (2008)؛ كما ان خلايا ضمان الجودة ليست فعالة حقا في الجامعة؛ تحديد العقبات الرئيسية التي أعاقت التطبيق العملي لنظام ضمان الجودة في الجامعات الجزائرية؛ الخروج ببعض المقترحات التي قد تساهم في تفعيل تطبيق وتشغيل نظام ضمان الجودة في الجامعات الجزائرية. ABSTRACT: This research aims to find the best way to improve the practical application of the quality assurance system in Algerian universities in order to enable improvement in the quality of training. To reach this goal, a two questionnaires were applied as a measurement tool after verifying their psychometric properties. The study reached results, the most important of which are: The quality assurance system at the Algerian university has not been effectively applied on the ground since it was put into effect in 2008. Also, the quality assurance cells are not really effective at the university; the main obstacles that hindered the practical application of the quality assurance system in Algerian universities were identified ; Coming up with some proposals that may contribute to activating the application and operation of the quality assurance system in Algerian universities.
