Résumé: أسس التعديل الدستوي 1 نوفمبر 2020 المحكمة الدستورية وتخلى على نظام المجلس الدستوري الذي كان ساندا في دساتير 1963 – 1989 – 1996- والتعديل الدستوري 6 مارس 2016 . بين وحدد التعديل الدستوري 2020 تشكيلة المحكمة الدستورية واختصاصتها ومناهج عملها وبدأ من النصوص أن المحكمة الدستورية تختلف عن المجلس الدستوري تأهيلا وتأسيسا -، ومن حيث أدوات ومناهج عملها وفر المؤسس الدستوري المحكمة الدستورية آليات ومراكز تسمح لها بترقية الحياة الديمقراطية وضبط النزاعات بينن السلطات الدستورية وحماية فعالة لحقوق وحريات المواطن . الكلمات المفتاحية : تعديل الدستوري 2020 – المحكمة الدستورية – التشكيلة – النظام القانوني للعضو – شروط العضوية Summary: The constitutional amendment established November 1, 2020 the Constitutional Court and abandoned the Constitutional Council system that had supported the constitutions of 1963 – 1989 – 1996 – and the constitutional amendment of March 6, 2016.
