القيادة المدرسية وعلاقتها بالتواصل داخل المؤسسة التربوية
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية وعلاقتها بالاتصال والتواصل داخل المدرسة، والكشف عن أهم المعوقات الاتصالية بين المدير والطاقم التربوي، حيث شملت الدراسة على جانبين جانب نظري وآخر ميداني. حيث تم استخدام استبانة تكونت من 52 عبارة حيث تم توزيعها على عينة من الأساتذة بلغ عددهم 80 أستاذ مدرسة ابتدائية أي ما يعادل نسبة 26.57% من حجم المجتمع البالغ عدده 301 أستاذ تعليم ابتدائي، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي جاء هذا البحث في فصول: ثلاثة فصول تناول: الفصل الأول: الإطار التمهيدي للدراسة الفصل الثاني: القيادة التربوية الفصل الثالث: عملية الاتصال في الإدارة المدرسية الفصل الرابع: الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة الفصل الخامس: عرض ومناقشة النتائج وتحليلها وتفسيرها من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحث : وبعد إجراء عمليات التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات ومناقشتها في ضوء الفرضيات توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - النمط القيادي السائد هو النمط الديمقراطي التشاركي. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين أنماط القيادة المدرسية ومعرفة المدير بمبادئ الاتصال. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين أنماط القيادة المدرسية والإشراف التربوي لمدير المدرسة. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين أنماط القيادة المدرسية والتواصل التربوي داخل المدرسة The study aims at revealing the dominant leadership patterns among primary school administrators, their relationship to communication within school, and revealing the most important communication obstacles between the director and the educational staff, as the study included two aspects of theory and field. A resolution of 52 words was used, as it was distributed to a sample of 80 primary school teachers, which is equivalent to 26.57% of the total size of the society, which is 301 primary education professors. The descriptive approach was used and after statistical analysis and discussion of data in light of the hypotheses, we have reached the following conclusions : – the dominant leadership pattern is participatory democratic. – there is a statistically related relationship between school leadership patterns and a manager’s knowledge of communication principles. – there is a statistically related relationship between school leadership patterns and the educational supervision of the school director. – there is a statistically related relationship between school leadership patterns and educational communication within school.
