إستخدام شبكات مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي وعلاقتها بمستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الطالب الجامعي_الفايسبوك نموذجا_

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين إستخدام مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي-الفايسبوك- والصحة النفسية لدى الطالب الجامعي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 97 طالب جامعي من جامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف 02، أين تم تطبيق عليهم إستبيانين، الأول خاص بإستخدام مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي-الفايسبوك-، والثاني مقياس للصحة النفسية، وبعد تحليل نتائج الدراسة توصلنا لعدة نتائج أبرزها أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إستخدام مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي-الفايسبوك-وفق متغير الجنس، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الطالب الجامعي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، كما أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إستخدام مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي-الفايسبوك- ومستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الطالب الجامعي This study aimed to determine the relationship between the use of social networking sites - Facebook - and mental health of university students, To achieve the objectives of the study was used descriptive approach, The sample of the study consisted of 97 university students from the University of Mohamed Lamine Debaghine Setif 02, Two questionnaires were adopted, The first is the use of social networking sites- Facebook -and the second test of mental health, After analyzing the results of the study we reached several results, most notably,There are significant differences in the use of social networking sites - Facebook - according to gender variable,There were no statistically significant differences in the level of mental health of university students due to the gender variable, There is a statistically significant relationship between the use of social networking sites - Facebook - and the level of mental health of university students
