Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن كيفية إدارة متحف سطيف الوطني العمومي لانطباعات جمهوره عبر صفحته الرسمية في الفايسبوك مرتكزا على مقاربة كيفية نتنوغرافية، وقد توصل هذا البحث الى أن المتاحف كمؤسسات اتصالية وثقافية قد انتهجت تسويق نفسها رقميا وعرض ذاتها افتراضيا قصد ترك انطباعات جيدة لدى جماهيرها، هذه الانطباعات التي استطاع متحف سطيف الوطني العمومي أن يديرها إيجابيا بنصوص وصور رمزية وفيديوهات وتعليقات تفاعلية عبر صفحته الرسمية في الفايسبوك. The research aims to reveal how the Setif National Public Museum manages its audience's impressions via its official Facebook page based on the approach of quantitative Netnography and the research found that museums as communication and cultural institutions have adopted digital marketing and virtual presentation of themselves in order to make good impressions for their audiences, These impressions that the Setif National Public Museum was able to positively manage with texts, avatars, videos and interactive comments via its official Facebook page.
