تسويق الخدمات المتحفية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الجزائر دراسة نتنوغرافية لصفحة متحف سيرتا بقسنطينة في الفايسبوك

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن الكيفية التي يسوق بها متحف "سيرتا" بقسنطينة خدماته المتحفية عبر صفحته الرسمية في الفايسبوك والانطباعات والتي يتركها لدى المستهلك الرقمي لهذه الخدمات وفق مقاربة كيفية نتنوغرافية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أهمها اعتماد الصفحة الرسمية على الصور والنصوص المكتوبة والفيديوهات لتسويق الخدمة المتحفية التي تختلف عن تسويق المنتجات الأخرى، وقد استخدم المزيج التسويقي الخدماتي ذو السبعة عناصر (7p’s) للكشف عن أشكال تسويق هذه الخدمات التي يسعى المتحف من خلالها الى ترك انطباعات معينة لدى الجمهور المستهلك والتي تمايزت بين الإيجابية والسلبية. This study aims to reveal how the Cirta Museum in Constantine markets its museum services through its official Facebook page and the impressions it leaves for the digital consumer of these services according to a quantitative approach, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the dependence of the official page on images and written texts. And videos to market the museum service that differ from marketing other products. The seven-element marketing mix (7p's) was used to reveal the forms of marketing these services through which the museum seeks to leave certain impressions on the consuming public, which differentiated between positive and negative.
