أ زمة الهوية و علاقتها بالتوافق النفسي لدى المراهق بمركز التكوين المهني

Résumé: ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين أزمة الهوية و التوافق النفسي لدى عينة مكونة من 35 مراهقا و مراهقة باستخدم المنهج الوصفي و مقياسي التوافق النفسي و أزمة الهوية حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أنه توجد علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أزمة الهوية و التوافق النفسي لدى العينة و توجد فروق غير دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات فقرات المقياس و توجد فروق غير دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات فقرات مقياس التوافق النفسي بمستوى متوسط للدرجات .كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق غير إحصائيا في المتوسطات تبعا للجنس على مقياس أزمة الهوية و نتيجة سلبية على مقياس التوافق النفسي و بهذه النتيجة لم تتحقق الفرضية الاولى و بينما تحققت الفرضية الثانية و الثالثة ثم قمنا بتحليل النتائج و انتهت الدراسة بتقديم توصيات و اقتراحات على ضوء هذه النتائج مثل الاهتمام المستمر بفئة المراهقين وميولهم و مساعدهم على اكتشاف قدراتهم . الكلمات المفتاحية : التكوين المهني أزمة الهوية ;التوافق النفسي ;المراهقة Summary The study aimed to reveal the relationship between identity crisis and psychological adjustment among a sample of 35 male and female adolescents by using the descriptive approach and the two measures of psychological adjustment and identity crisis. There are non-statistically significant differences between the average scores of the scale items, and there are non-statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the psychological compatibility scale items at an average level of scores. The results also showed the presence of non-statistical differences in the averages according to gender on the identity crisis scale and a negative result on the psychological compatibility scale and With this result, the first hypothesis was not fulfilled, while the second and third hypotheses were fulfilled, then we analyzed the results and the study ended with making recommendations and suggestions in the light of these results, such as continuous attention to the category of adolescents and their tendencies and helping them to discover their abilities.
