أثر جماعات العمل على سلوك الافراد في المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية مناجم حديد الشرق

Résumé: الملخص:تعتبر جماعة العمل عنصرا أساسيا في تشكيل سلوك الأفراد في المؤسسة ، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن الدور الذي تلعبه جماعة العمل في التأثير على السلوك التنظيمي لديهم ، أين أجريت هذه الدراسة في مؤسسة مناجم حديد الشرق على عينة بلغت (11) ,مفردة ، وبإستعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،مع مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية كمعامل برسون (لقياس درجة الارتباط ) أومايسمى بــ كاي تربيع ،مع عناصره ، وقد أشار مقياس ليكرت للاتجاهات الى أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه جماعة العمل في توجيه سلوك الأفراد، والى أهمية السلوك التنظيمي في تحسين الاداء ،وأكدت نتائج اختبار الفرضيات وتحليل بيانات هذه الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة احصائيا بين متغير جماعات العمل وبين متغير السلوك التنظيمي،، وان المؤسسة لاتهتم بتنمية وتطوير السلوك Abstract : working group is considered an essential element of organizational behavior in the organization , where this study aims to uncover the role of the working group in influencing the organizational behavior , , where was this study conducted in ( Mines de Fer de l4Est )on a sample times 112 singles , with a set of statistical methods as a bursson coefficient or it is called CHI-squared ,and his elements . this study has indicated according to likert scale of trends the importance of the role that working groups play in directing organizational behavior. the results of hypothesis test and study data confirmed the presence of statistically significant correlation between the working groups variable and the organizational behavior variable , and that the organization is not interest in behavior
