أثر تقلبات سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري مقابل الدولار الأمريكي على ميزان المدفوعات

Résumé: تبحث هذه الورقة بشكل تجريبي في اثر تقلبات سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري مقابل الدولار الأمريكي على الميزان التجاري باستخدام مشاهدات سنوية خلال الفترة 1992-2017. تم ادراج سعر البترول كمتغير مستقل الى جانب سعر الصرف. ويعتمد هذا التحليل على منهج الحدود للتكامل المشترك المستند على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المبطئة ARDL الذي قدمه Pesaran et al (2001)، تشير النتائج التجريبية إلى أن كل من سعر الصرف و اسعار البترول لهما اثر سلبي على الميزان التجاري في المدى الطويل. ومع ذلك، فإن تأثير ارتفاع اسعار البترول كان ايجابيا على الميزان التجاري في المدى القصير. وتدل نسبة معامل تصحيح الخطأ المقدرة بـ 59.43% على الارتفاع النسبي في التكيف نحو التوازن على المدى الطويل. This paper empirically investigates the impact of the Algerian dinar exchange rate against the US dollar on the trade balance using annual observations over the period 1992-2017. The price of oil is included as an independent variable along with the exchange rate. The analysis is based on the bound testing approach of cointegration presented by Pesaran, et al (2001). The empirical findings suggest that both the exchange rate and oil prices have a negative impact on the long-term trade balance. However, the impact of higher oil prices has been positive on the short-term trade balance. The value of the error correction coefficient, estimated at 59.43%, indicates the relative rise in adjustment towards long-term rebalancing.
