البصمة الوراثية وأثرها في الإثبات

Résumé: لقد ثبت أن استعمال الأسلوب العلمي الحديث بأعداد كثيرة من الصفات الوراثية كدلالات للبصمة الوراثية يسهل اتخاذ القرار بالإثبات أو النفي للأبوة والنسب والقرابة بالإضافة إلي مختلف القضايا الجنائية مثل: التعرف علي وجود القاتل أو السارق، أو الزاني من عقب السيجارة، حيث أن وجود أثر اللعاب أو وجود بقايا من بشرة الجاني أو شعرة من جسمه أو من مسحات من المني مأخوذة من جسد المرآة تشكل مادة خصبة لاكتشاف صاحب البصمة الوراثية من هذه الأجزاء. ونسب النجاح في الوصول إلي القرار الصحيح مطمئنة، لأنه في حالة الشك يتم زيادة عدد الأحماض الأمينية، ومن ثم زيادة عدد الصفات الوراثية. It has been proven that the use of the modern scientific method with many genetic traits as indicators of the genetic fingerprint facilitates the decision to prove or deny paternity, lineage and kinship in addition to various criminal cases such as: identifying the presence of a murderer or thief, or adulterer from the butt of a cigarette, as the presence of saliva or traces of cigarettes The presence of remnants of the offender’s skin, a hair on his body, or smears of semen taken from the woman’s body, constitute a fertile material for discovering the owner of the genetic fingerprint from these parts. The percentages of success in reaching the correct decision are reassuring, because in case of doubt, the number of amino acids is increased, and then the number of genetic traits increases.
