واقع ممارسة أساليب إدارة الصراع التنظيمي بالمؤسسات الخدماتية، دراسة ميدانية بمديرية الضرائب – فرع المدية-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي واقع ممارسة أساليب إدارة الصراع التنظيمي في المؤسسات الخدماتية الجزائرية، بإجراء دراسة ميدانية بمديرية الضرائب – فرع المدية- لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة بغرض جمع المعلومات الميدانية لقياس فرضيات الدراسة، وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية من الموظفين في المؤسسة. وباستخدام اختبارات برنامج SPSS تم التوصل إلى نتيجة تفيد بوجود ممارسة لأساليب إدارة الصراع التنظيمي من قيل موظفي مديرية الضرائب – فرع المدية- كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مستوى أساليب إدارة الصراع التنظيمي الممارسة من قيل موظفي المؤسسة تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس والمستوى التعليمي. This study aimed to investigate the reality of the practice of Organizational conflict management methods in Algerian service enterprise by conducting a field study in the Tax Directorate - Medea Branch - To achieve the aims of the study a questionnaire was developed in order to collect information on the field, to measure the assumptions of the study, And distribute it to a random sample of employees in the enterprise. Using SPSS tests, a conclusion was reached that there was a practice of Organizational conflict management methods from the officials of the Tax Directorate - Medea Branch-. And also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between, the average responses of the study sample about the level of Organizational conflict management methods practiced from the organization's staff due to variables: sex and the level of education.
