أثر الأطراف ذات المصلحة على سلـــوك حمايـــة البيئـــة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية "دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات بحاسي مسعود"

Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة إظهار تأثير كل طرف من أطراف أصحاب المصلحة على سلوك حماية البيئة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية بالجزائر ومعرفة الأثر الذي يخلفه تبني هؤلاء الأطراف سلوك بيئي على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، ولمعالجة إشكالية الموضوع واختبار فرضياته،تم اجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة مكونة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بمنطقة حاسي مسعود حيث استخدمنا فيها الاستبيان ثم قمنا بمعالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها عن طريق برنامج v 20 SPSS. خلصت الدراسة أن السلوك السائد اتجاه حماية البيئة للمؤسسات محل الدراسة هو النمط المساير، وأن الأطراف ذات المصلحة يؤثرون بشكل غير كافي على سلوك حماية البيئة وأن هؤلاء الأطراف كذلك يؤثرون على الأداء المالي ولكن ليس بشكل كبير وكافي.through this study we tried to show the influence of each party to stakeholders to conduct environmental protection and see the impact of adopting such an environmental behavior on the financial performance of the organization. To address the problematic subject and test its premises, this study was conducted on a sample of petroleum enterprises in an area where we used questionnaire Hassi Messaoud, where we then process the data obtained through a program v 20 SPSS. The study concluded that the prevailing attitude toward environmental protection for enterprises under consideration is pro-cyclical pattern, and that interested parties insufficiently influence on behaviour of environmental protection and that the latter also affect financial performance but not heavily enough.
