واقع واتجاهات ممارسة سلوك التشارك المعرفي بين الطلبة الجامعين في جامعة الجزائر 2: دراسة ميدانية لعينة من طلبة الماستر بقسم علم المكتبات والتوثيق

Résumé: تتمحور الدراسة حول التعرّف على واقع واتّجاهات طلبة الماستر في قسم علم المكتبات نحو ممارسة سلوك التشارك المعرفي، وذلك لمعرفة مدى توفرهم على مهارات التشارك المعرفي، والدوافع التي توجههم لتبادل وتقاسم المعرفة، وتحديد القنوات المفضلة للقيام بهذه العملية، مع رصد أهم العوائق التي تعترض وتعرقل عملية التشارك المعرفي. تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الاستطلاعية، التي تمّ فيها استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أنّ الطلبة يتوفرون على المهارات الأساسية للقيام بعملية التشارك المعرفي، ولديهم اتّجاهات إيجابية نحوه، ولكن تعترضه مجموعة من العراقيل التي تقف دون ممارسته بالشكل المطلوب. The study focuses on identifying the reality and attitudes of master students in the Department of Library Science towards practicing the behavior of cognitive consultation, and to reveal the extent of their availability on the skills of cognitive sharing and the motives that guide them to exchange and share knowledge, and determining the preferred channels to do this process while monitoring the most important obstacles that obstruct and hamper the process of knowledge sharing. this study is part of the exploratory studies, in which the descriptive and analytical approach was used,. The study reached a set of results, the most important are: that students have basic skills to carry out the process of cognitive sharing, and that they have positive attitudes towards it, but it is blocked by a set of obstacles that prevent it from practicing it properly.
