استخدام طريقة التحليل الهرمي (ahp) لقياس فعالية عناصر المزيج التسويقي لخدمة Adsl -دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وكالة المسيلة-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى قياس كل عنصر من عناصر المزيج التسويقي الخدمي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم اجراء عدة مقابلات مع رؤساء المصالح في وكالة المسيلة- اتصالات الجزائر. ليتم بعد ذلك تحليل المعلومات المتحصل عليها . توصلت الدراسة الى تحديد الاوزان النهائية لعناصر المزيج التسويقي بالاعتماد على برنامج حاسوب (Expert choice) باستخدام طريقة التحليل الهرمي حيث حلت "الخدمة" في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (35,9 %) يليها "السعر" بنسبة (26,9 %)، "الافرد" بنسبة (10 %)، الترويج بنسبة (9,4 %)، "العمليات" بنسبة (7,1 %)، "الدليل المادي" بنسبة (6,4 %)، وحل في المرتبة الأخيرة التوزيع بنسبة (4,4 %). This study has for purpose to measure each element of the service-marketing mix. In order to achieve this, several interviews were conducted with heads of departments in the M'sila Agency - Algeria Telecom- After that the obtained information has been analyzed. According to this study the final weights of the marketing mix elements were determined by a computer program (expert choice) using the hierarchical analysis method, where "service" came first at a rate of (35.9%), followed by "price" by (26.9%), "individuals." By (10%), "promotion" by (9.4%), "operations" by (7.1%), "physical evidence" by (6.4%), and Distribution came in last place at (4.4%).
