Résumé: نظرا لأهمية الصداق في الحياة الزوجية ينتج للزوجة على زوجها مجموعة من الحقوق المالية نتيجة عقد الزواج صحيح حماية للزوجة ،و يعتبر الصداق ملك خاص لها تتصرف فيه كما تشاء ،حيث نظم المشرع الجزائري الصداق في المواد من 14 إلى 17 من قانون الأسرة. Due to the importance of the dowry in marital,the wife has a set of financial rights over herhusband as a resilt of a walid marriage contract to protrct the wife, and the dowry is consridered a private property lorher to dispose of as shewants ,as the Algerian legislator has regulated the dowry in Articles 14 to 17 of the family code
