Résumé: نص المشرع الجزائري في إطار قانون الأسرة على حماية حق الزوجة في الصداق من خلال اعتبار الصداق ملك خاص لها تتصرف فيه كما تشاء ، ومن خلال توضيح طرق استيفاء هذا الحق باعتباره دين في ذمة الزوج وبيان كيفية الفصل في المنازعة حول الصداق بين الزوجين . Abstract Under the Family Law, the Algerian legislator is required to protect the wife's right to a dowry by considering the dowry as her own property, and to clarify the ways of fulfilling this right as a debt in the husband's custody and to indicate how to settle the dispute between the spouses. ,
