الدراسات الثقافية ودراسات الترجمة: الائتلاف والاختلاف

Résumé: لا يمكننا اعتبار الترجمة عملية نقل وتحويل لغوي فحسب، بقدر ما هي عقد تواصل بين نظامين ثقافيين مختلفين، ولذلك، باتت الثقافة تؤخذ على محمل الجد ضمن دراسات الترجمة، بوصفها القالب الحامل للغة، ونظرا لكون اللغة والثقافة وجهان لعملة واحدة، شرع الاهتمام بالترجمة بوصفها تحويلا ثقافيا، يشمل جملة من الحقول المعرفية من بين أهمها الدراسات الثقافية التي تعد مصطلحا شاملا يضم باقة من القضايا التي تهتم بالممارسات الثقافية ومدى ارتباطها بالسياسة والهيمنة. وعليه، فإن دراستنا تتوغل في البحث في أركان الدراسات الثقافية وأسسها واهتماماتها من ناحية، وفي طبيعة التقارب الأكاديمي الحاصل بينها وبين دراسات الترجمة قياسا مع التحولات المعرفية للفكر الإنساني من ناحية أخرى. وبالفعل، اكتسبت الدراسات الثقافية مكانة بارزة في دراسات الترجمة، وظهر بها مفهوم "المنعطف الثقافي"، أما الدراسات الثقافية فقد ظهر بها مصطلح "المنعطف الترجمي" كإعادة تقديم تعريف لمفهوم لثقافة، ما أدى إلى زوال الحدود الفاصلة بين هذين المجالين الأكاديميين. Translation is more than only transferring linguistic; it is rather a communication contract between two different cultural systems. As a result, culture is taken seriously within Translation Studies as the template that conveys language. And given that both language and culture are two sides of the same coin, interest in translation as a cultural transformation has begun to include a number of academic disciplines such as Cultural Studies, which is an umbrella term for a variety of issues concerned with cultural practices and their significance to politics and hegemony. Thus, our research delves into the pillars, foundations, and objectives of Cultural Studies on the one hand, and the nature of academic convergence between the latter and Translation Studies in relation to cognitive changes of human thought on the other. Indeed, Cultural studies have gained prominence within Translation Studies in which the concept of "Cultural Turn" has evolved. In the field of Cultural Studies, the term "Translational Turn" emerged as a re-definition of the idea of culture, resulting in the blurring of the borders between these two academic fields.
