المشكلات الأخلاقية للثورة البيوتكنولوجية الإنجاب الاصطناعي أنموذجا

Résumé: قامت ثورة الطب والبيولوجيا، من خلال مجموعة من التطبيقات، أبرزها: تقنيات الإنجاب الاصطناعـــــــي ( التلقيح الصناعي، أطفال الأنابيب، الأم البديلة)؛ أفرزت الكثير من النتائج، تأرجحت بين الآمال والآفاق، وبين مشكلات أثارت تخوف الإنسان، وصارت تهدد كيانه، بل وتمسه، في أقدس مقدساته مثل الكرامة والحياة والجسد، ومع هذا التهديد برز سؤال الأخلاق بشكل لافت، وعملت الفلسفة على تجديد نفسها من أجل مسايرة التسارع الذي يتحرك به التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي، والتصدي لتجاوزات التقنية، ثم تهذيب ممارسات العلم على الإنسان، فكانت الفلسفة حاضرة في صورة فكر أخلاقي جديد( البيوإتيقا) ............................................................................................................................................................. The revolution of medicine and biology is implemented through a set of applications, most notably: artificial reproduction techniques (Artificial insemination, In vitro fertilization, Motherhood Surrogate); This revolution conducted to a set of results, which oscillated between hopes and prospects and between problems that aroused human's fear, and threatened his being, and even touched him, in his most sacred sanctities, which are dignity, life and the body. This situation led to the emergence of ethics issue remarkably, Philosophy tried to renew itself in order to keep pace with the acceleration in which scientific and technological development is moving, and to challenge the technical excesses, then refine the practices of science on humans. Philosophy influenced this issue through a new moral thought (Bioethics)
