الصناعة المالية الاسلامية في الجزائر بين الواقع والمامول

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح واقع الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في الجزائر، وذلك بإعطاء نظرة عامة لوضعها في الاقتصاد العالمي مع إظهار مكانتها في الجزائر من خلال تحليل أهم البيانات المتعلقة بقطاعاتها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصناعة المالية الإسلامية حققت نجاحا دوليا واسعا، وأن الجزائر على الرغم من أنها كانت من الدول السباقة في تبنيها، إلا أنها لم تصل إلى الهدف المنشود، وعليه فهي تعمل حاليا على تعزيز مكانتها ببناء قاعدة أساسية ترتكز على إطار قانوني وتنظيمي يلائم طبيعة عملها. الكلمات المفتاحية : صناعة مالية إسلامية؛ مصرفية إسلامية؛ صكوك؛ صناديق استثمارية؛ تكافل This study aims to clarify the reality of the Islamic financial industry in Algeria, by giving an overview of its position in the global economy, while showing its position in Algeria by analyzing the most important data related to its sectors. The study found that the Islamic financial industry has achieved wide international success, and that Algeria, although it was one of the first countries to adopt it, did not reach the desired goal, and therefore it is currently working to enhance its position by building a basic base based on a legal and regulatory framework that suits the nature of her job.
