Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة جهود مجلس السلم والأمن الإفريقي في حل النزاعات المسلحة الداخلية الإفريقية، فهو الجهاز المنوط به تحقيق السلام والاستقرار في إفريقيا باعتباره نظاما للأمن الجماعي والإنذار السريع. تولى مجلس السلم والأمن وبمساعدة آلياته مهمة متابعة أوضاع النزاعات المسلحة الداخلية في كل الدول الإفريقية وحلها دون الإخلال بقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني لاسيما في ليبيا ومالي، حيث سعى جاهدا لوقفها وتسويتها. This research aims to study the African Peace and Security Council efforts to resolve African internal armed conflicts, it’s the organ charged with achieving peace and stability in Africa as a collective security and early warning system. Peace and Security Council, with the assistance of its mechanisms, is responsible for monitoring and resolution of internal armed conflicts in all African States without prejudice to rules of international humanitarian law, particularly for its hard work to achieve those goals in Libya and Mali conflicts.
