Résumé: Today, Internet has facilitated getting information through the use of its tools and technics. It's one of the most important informative and communicative technologies that transformed the world into a small village, for its major importance . The internet has to be used in an appropriate way, especially by University teachers considered as leaders of the national development, so they should use and exploit the Internet appropriately, for this; they should be formed and trained as well because of being asked to assume differents responsibilities. Therefore , We tried in this study to determinate the extent that Mentouri university teachers use of internet's information and services. Our study attemps to show the rate of internet's manipulation and exploitation by Mentouri university teachers, by taking into consideration the differents aspects of network, fields of using, objectifs and dangers .These importants aspects are to be considered as reasons that face strictly the use of internet that can penetrate most of geographical and time obstacles. In order to do so, we based my recent study on two methods; description and analyzing, and we used the "questionnaire" as a main way to gain a great amount of field study's information. Through this study , we realized that university teachers have the will to use and exploit internet, but they find it difficult to face some barriers and obstacles that reduce the rate of internet use, these obstacles are due especially to the technology illiteracy, material and linguistic problems.
