Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير منظمات المجتمع المدني على التنمية المحلية في الجزائر، وقياس مدى فعالية هذه المنظمات، وذلك من خلال دراسات قام بها مجموعة من الباحثين. ومن بين النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها عدم فعالية منظمات المجتمع المدني في الجزائر، وذلك بعد إسقاط مجموعة من المؤشرات الموضوعية التي قدمها صامويل هنتغتون -و التي من خلالها يمكن تقييم فاعلية منظمات المجتمع المدني-. This research aims of is to study the impact of civil society organizations on local development in Algeria, and measure the effectiveness of these organizations, this is through studies carried out by a group of researchers. Among the results that have been reached is the ineffectiveness of civil society organizations in Algeria, after dopping a set of objective indicators presented by Samuel HUNTINGTON –through which the effectiveness of civil society organizations can be evaluated.
