Résumé: الملخص: تعد هذه المقالة محاولة لتطبيق نموذج التحليل الاستراتيجي على ظاهرة مهمة ممثلة في الإضرابات العمالية عند العامل الصناعي، هذا الأخير الذي احتل الصدارة لسنين طويلة من حيث تنشيطه للساحة العمالية الجزائرية، و لكن ممارساته بقيت محصورة في تفسيرات اقتصادية مع اختلاف استراتيجياته، و عليه حاولنا تغيير المنظور من التحليل الاقتصادي إلى التحليل الاستراتيجي الذي يركز أكثر على مفاهيم أكثر علائقية من ذي قبل. summary: This article is an attempt to apply the strategic analysis model to an important phenomenon represented in labor strikes by the industrial worker who represents the locomotive of labor and union movements in Algeria for many years, but his practices remained confined to economic interpretations with different strategies, and we have to change the perspective From economic analysis to strategic analysis that focuses more on more relational concepts than before
