Résumé: من خلال دراستنا المتواضعة لموضوع المنازعات نستنتج للانتخابات اهمية كبيرة في كل دولة الأن الانتخاب وسيلة ديمقراطية من خلالها الشعب اختيار ممثليه في السلطة وذلك بطريقة نزيهة وشفافة وهذا بوجود ضمانات لكل شخص سواء الناخب او المترشح لتكون هناك انتخابات خالية من كل المنازعات التي تؤثر على صحة العمليات الانتخابية خلال كل مراحلها من المرحلة التمهيدية إلى المرحلة النهائية. ان المشرع الجزائري مع توالي القوانين الانتخابية يبحث على الشفافية والنزاهة لكل انتخابات وذلك بتقييد الانتخابات بضوابط تجعلها سليمة وصحيحة طوال مراحلها وان المشرع الجزائري اباح الطعن في العملية الانتخابية ليجعل كل من انتخب متأكد انه مارس حقه في الانتخاب . Through our modest study of the issue of disputes، we conclude that elections are of great importance in every country، because elections are a democratic means through which the people choose their representatives in power in a fair and transparent manner. During all its stages from the preliminary stage to the final stage. The Algerian legislator، with the succession of electoral laws، is looking for transparency and integrity for each election، by restricting the elections with controls that make them sound and valid throughout their stages.
