ضمانات نزاهة انتخابات المجالس الشعبية البلدية في ظل الأمر21/01 المتضمن القانون العضوي للانتخابات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الآليات المستحدثة في ظل الأمر21/01 المتضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات والتي تضمن نزاهة العملية الانتخابية على مستوى المجالس الشعبية البلدية ،والتي منها ما يتعلق بشروط الترشح ونمط الاقتراع ،ومنها ما يتعلق بإدارة عملية انتخاب أعضاء المجالس الشعبية البلدية ،هذه الأخيرة التي أصبحت من اختصاصات السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات . This study aims to shed light on the mechanisms developed in light of Ordinance 21/01, which includes the organic law related to the election system, which guarantees the integrity of the electoral process at the level of the municipal people's councils, including those related to the conditions for candidacy and the voting pattern, and some of them are related to managing the process of electing members of the municipal people's councils. The latter, which has become a prerogative of the Independent National Authority for Elections.
