أخلاقيات المهنة الطبية و علاقتها بالالتزام التنظيمي
Résumé: تمحورت اشكالية الدراسة في التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين أخلاقيات المهنة الطبية والالتزام التنظيمي للطبيب الموظف بمستشفى بن عمر الجيلاني، من خلال التساؤل التالي : ـ هل هناك علاقة بين أخلاقيات المهنة الطبية و الالتزام التنظيمي للطبيب بمستشفى بن عمر الجيلاني ؟ وقد تم تحليل التساؤل الرئيسي حسب الأبعاد التالية : -1هل للمعارف المكتسبة حول مهنة الطب علاقة بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى الطبيب بمستشفى بن عمر الجيلاني ؟ -2هل يساهم الانضباط و الانتظام في العمل للطبيب بمستشفى بن عمر الجيلاني بخلق الالتزام التنظيمي لديه ؟ -3كيف تعمل الرقابة الذاتية للطبيب بمستشفى بن عمر الجيلاني في إيجاد الالتزام التنظيمي لديه ؟ و للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية أجريت دراسة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي على 60طبيبا وطبيبة ،وذلك عن طريق المسح الشامل باستخدام الأدوات : الملاحظة و المقابلة وكذا الوثائق،مع توزيع الاستمارة والتي شملت 44سؤالا موزعا على 7محاور. انتهت الدراسة إلى أن أخلاقيات المهنة الطبية تساهم في تشيكل الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الأطباء.ج Abstract : The study focused problematic to identify the nature of the relationship between medical ethics and organizational commitment to employee hospital doctor bin Omar Jilani, through the following question: - Is there a relationship between medical ethics and organizational commitment, a hospital doctor bin Omar Jilani? The main question has been analyzed by the following dimensions: 1. Does the knowledge gained about the medical profession to abide by the regulatory relationship with the hospital doctor bin Omar Jilani? 2. Is it contributes to discipline and regularity in the work of the hospital doctor bin Omar Jilani creating organizational commitment has? 3. How self-censorship of the local hospital doctor bin Omar Jilani work in finding organizational commitment has? And to answer this problematic study was conducted using a descriptive approach to the 60 doctors and a doctor, through comprehensive survey using the tools: observation and interview, as well as documents, with the distribution of the form, which included 44 questions divided into seven themes. The study concluded that medical ethics contribute to form a regulatory commitment of doctors.
