Résumé: الملخص يعتبر الحق في محاكمة عادلة من حقوق الإنسان الأساسية ودعامة ضرورية لدولة القانون، وقد برز الاهتمام به من طرف المجتمع الدولي تزامنا مع الاهتمام بحقوق الإنسان ، واحتل مكانة خاصة، حتى أنّه تطور بتطور القضاء الجنائي الدولي، ولقد ساهمت المحكمة الجنائية الدولية كثيرا في تطوير معايير هذا الحق ساعية في ذلك التوفيق بين الحدّ من ظاهرة الافلات من العقاب وضمان محاكمة عادلة للمتهمين. الكلمات المفتاحية المحاكمة العادلة، المعايير الدولية للمحاكمة العادلة، المحكمة الجناية الدولية Abstract The right of fair trial is totally considered one of the basic human rights and a necessary the pillar of state of law, and it gets much attention by the international community in the same time with its concern for human rights, for that it occupied a special position, even as it developed with the development of international criminal justice, moreover the International Criminal Court has widely contributed to the development of its standards by seeking to compromise between limiting the phenomenon of impunity and ensuring a fair trial for those guilties. key words Fair Trial, International Fair Trial Standards, International Criminal Court
