غرفة الاتهام في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية الجزائري
Résumé: لم ينص المشرع الجزائري في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية على تعريف غرفة الاتهام إلا انه من خلال تعرضنا لبعض اختصاصات هذه الهيئة يمكن القول بأنها جهاز وسط بين قاضي التحقيق وجهات الحكم الفاصلة في القضايا الجزائية. لهذا الجهاز أهمية خاصة في يخص ضمانات حقوق المتهم فلا يحال إلى جهات الحكم إلا إذا كانت إجراءات التحقيق مستوفية وأدلة الإثبات كافية على اعتبار أن الهدف الأساسي من إنشاء غرفة الاتهام هو البحث والكشف عن الحقيقة وتصحيح وإلغاء ما يشوب إجراءات التحقيق على الدرجة الأولى. Summary : The Algerian legislator in the Code of CriminalProceduredid not provide for the definition of the indictmentchamber, but by exposingsome of the terms of reference of this body, itcanbesaidthatitis a middle groundbetween the investigatingjudge and the rulings in criminal cases. This body isparticularly important with regard to the guarantees of the rights of the accused and isreferred to the governing bodies only if the investigation procedures are met and the evidenceissufficient, giventhat the main objective of establishing the indictmentchamberis to search, uncover the truth, correct and eliminate the first degree of investigation
