ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في الجامعة الجزائرية بين تحديات المستقبل و معيقات الحاضر.

Résumé: ملخص: تساهم مؤسسات التعليم العالي بدور أساسي في تطوير اقتصاد مجتمع المعرفة ، و نجاح هذه المؤسسات مرهون بإعداد الرأس المال البشري المؤهل للإنتاج، وتطوير القدرات الابداعية له، والرفع من مستوى تأهيله لتلبية مختلف حاجات المجتمع من التنمية المستدامة، في جميع المجالات الاجتماعية، والبشرية، والاقتصادية والثقافية، مما يتطلب منها ضرورة الاهتمام بقضية ضمان جودة التعليم العالي، خاصة وأن النجاح في تطبيقها مفهوما وممارسة يشكل اللبنة الأساسية لبناء و تطوير و تقدم المجتمعات. وفي هذه الورقة نحاول التطرق الى واقع ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر التي تحاول منذ الاستقلال النهوض بهذا القطاع رغم العقبات المتكررة والوقوف امام أهم التحديات والمعيقات التي تواجه مؤسسات التعليم العالي في كل مراحل تطويره ومسيرته للنهوض به الى مصاف العالمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: جودة التعليم العالي_ البحث العلمي_ التحديات_ المعيقات Abstract : Higher education institutions play a key role in developing the economy of the knowledge society, and the success of these institutions depends on preparing qualified human capital for production, developing its creative capabilities, and raising the level of its qualification to meet the various needs of society for sustainable development, in all social, human, economic and cultural fields, which requires it to pay attention to the issue of ensuring the quality of higher education, especially since the success in its application as a concept and practice constitutes the basic building block for building, developing and progressing societies. In this paper, we try to address the reality of ensuring the quality of higher education in Algeria, which, since independence, has been trying to advance this sector despite repeated obstacles and standing in front of the most important challenges and obstacles facing higher education institutions in all stages of its development and its path to advance it to the ranks of the world.
