Résumé: The subject of university training is one of the important topics that have today become the concern of the modern university system, which is the main pillar on which all decisions that concern the university professor are based. Through this study, we came to the conclusion that the formation of a university professor abroad needs more attention and the provision of sound means, methods and approaches, and this study aimed to know the extent to which the program of benefiting from training and improving the level abroad is consistent according to the wishes and inclinations of the university professor and knowledge of his level and most important goals.
