Résumé: This study examined the role of grhm in achieving environmental sustainability and adopting green initiatives that provide business organizations with a competitive advantage. The significance of this research lies in its focus on one of the modern managerial topics in the context of environmental disasters, pollution, and waste, which have necessitated organizational activities, including human resource activities, to confront these challenges. The primary research question addressed is the relationship between grhm and achieving a competitive advantage. To answer this question, the study explores the current practices of Tesla Motors, utilising a descriptive approach to collect and analyze data and information. The study concludes that the integration of green ideas within human resource practices, guided by responsible management, provides business organisations with a competitive edge. This integration has contributed to Tesla Motors' status as a pioneering company in the field of electric vehicles.
