دراسة تشخيصية لواقع رعاية الموهوبين في المدرسة الجزائرية
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع رعاية الموهوبين في المدرسة من عدة جوانب منها الأساليب المعتمدة في التشخيص والتعرف على الموهوبين، وكذلك التعرف على إمكانية توفر المدرسة الجزائرية على معلمين مختصين ومؤهلين لرعاية الموهوبين، أساليب التدريس والوسائل التعليمية الخاصة بهم، وفي الأخير التعرف على أساليب التقويم الخاصة بالموهوبين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي لمدينة سطيف والبالغ عددهم 1370 "أستاذة تخصص لغة عربية وفرنسية" موزعين على 87 ابتدائية، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على استبيان من إعداد الباحث من خلال استخدام برنامج (SPSS 21)،وقد أظهرت الدراسة الأساسية النتائج التالية: - لا توفر المدرسة الجزائرية أساليب تشخيصية خاصة للتعرف على الموهوبين. - لا توفر في المدرسة الجزائرية على معلمون مختصون لرعاية الموهوبين. - لا توفر المدرسة الجزائرية أساليب تدريس خاصة بالموهوبين. - لا توفر المدرسة الجزائرية وسائل تعليمية خاصة بالموهوبين. - لا تعتمد المدرسة الجزائرية على أساليب تقويم خاصة بالموهوبين. ................................................................................................................................................................................. This study aims at getting knowing how much we care about Gifted children at school, including the methods adopted in the diagnosis and identification of talented people, as well as to identify the possibility of the Algerian school having specialized and qualified teachers to care for the gifted, in addition to identifying their teaching methods and teaching aids, and in The last is to identify the methods of evaluation for the gifted. The descriptive approach was used in this research, and the target population of the study was composed of 1370 teachers of elementary education from the city of Setif, " teachers of Arabic and French" from 87 primary schools, and to achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire prepared by the researcher was used, through the use of a program (SPSS 21) For data analysis, the final study showed the following results: - The Algerian school does not provide special diagnostic methods to identify the talented learners -There are no teachers in the Algerian school specialized in caring about the gifted. -The Algerian school does not provide teaching methods for the gifted. -The Algerian school does not provide educational aids for the gifted. -The Algerian school does not rely on special evaluation methods for the gifted.
