Résumé: القيم الدينية لها أهمية كبيرة في حياة الفرد بصفة خاصة وفي المجتمع أو الجماعة الاجتماعية بصفة عامة من خلال غرس القيم الإيجابية والفاضلة في نفوسهم ومنها تتحدد ضوابط سلوكهم وعلاقاتهم الاجتماعية في جميع نواحي حياتهم وخاصة منها الناحية العملية أو المهنية كجانب ضروري ومهمّ في حياتهم اليومية، لذا أصبحت الحاجة ملحّة بصورة أو بأخرى لمعرفة والكشف عن طبيعة الدور الذي تلعبه القيم الدينية في مجال العمل. تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة فهم أسباب التناقضات الموجودة بين المعتقدات الدينية والممارسات اليومية للأفراد مما أدى إلى طرح التساؤل التالي: ما مدى انعكاس القيم الدينية على السلوك المهني للأفراد في المجتمع الجزائري؟ هل تمثلات العامل الجزائري للقيم الدينية تتجلى فعلا على ممارساته المهنية داخل المؤسسة؟ Religious values are of great importance in the individual’s life in particular, in society or social life in general through the outstanding and vulnerable values of their souls, including their controlling their behavior and social relation in all aspects of their lives, especially practical or professional as such as necessary and important in their daily lives, so the need for urgently or to know the destruction of the role of religious values in the field of work. The aim of the study is endeavoring to understand the reasons behind the contradiction between the individual’s religious beliefs and the daily practices, which gave rise to the following problematic: To what extent do religious values reflect on the individual’s labor behaviors in the Algerian society? Do the Algerian worker’s representations of the religious values, indeed, manifest in her/ his professional practices within an establishment?
