انعكاسات سياسة الإدماج المهني على تشغيل خريجي الجامعة في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة تشخيص أبرز آثار سياسة الإدماج المهني على تشغيلية الخريجين الجامعيين من خلال تحليل مختلف المؤشرات المتعلقة بالبطالة والتشغيل وفق مختلف صيغ التوظيف التي توفرها وكالة التشغيل الوطنية. حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحقيق هذا الغرض. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها عدم جدوى سياسة الإدماج المهني في شقه المتعلق بالعمل المأجور نظرا للصبغة الاجتماعية التي طغت على تنفيذ سياسة التشغيل عموما. Abstract: The study aims to try to diagnose the most prominent effects of the policy of professional integration on the employment of university graduates by analyzing the various indicators related to unemployment and employment according to the various employment formulas provided by the National Employment Agency. Where the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to achieve this purpose. The study concluded with a set of results, most notably the futility of the professional integration policy in its flat related to paid work due to the social nature that dominated the implementation of the employment policy in general.
