الصادرات غير النفطية والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر (دراسة قياسية ومقارنة مع المغرب

Résumé: يدرس هذا البحث العلاقة بين الصادرات غير النفطية والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1970-2010 وهذا بالموازاة مع التجربة المغربيـــة. ولتحقيق ذلك تم تقدير نموذج قياسي احتوى على ثلاث متغيرات وهي الناتج الإجمالي المحلي والذي يمثل النمو الاقتصادي ومتغير الصادرات غير النفطية والاستثمار الداخلي باستخدام اسلوبين أحدهما قديم والأخر حديث يعتمد على استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية والتكامل المشترك، ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ، وكانت نتيجة الدراسة وجود علاقة بين الاستثمار المحلي والنمو الاقتصادي، وعدمها بين الصادرات غير النفطية والنمو الاقتصادي وعدم وجود علاقة توازنيه طويلة أو قصيرة الأجل بين مستويات النمو الاقتصادي والصادرات غير النفطية والاستثمار الداخلي في الجزائر على عكس المغرب. الكلمات المفتاحية: النمو الاقتصادي، الصادرات غير النفطية، الاستثمار المحلي، اختبار جذر الوحدة، التكامل المتزامن، نموذج تصحيح الخطأ. Abstract: This research studies the relationship between the non-oil exports and economic growth in Algeria during the period 1970-2010 and this in conjunction with the Moroccan experience. For this, there was an estimation of an econometric model it contains three variables, gross domestic product, which represents the economic growth, a non-oil exports variable and domestic investment, using two methods, one old and the other modern, which depends on the stationary of time-series and co-integration, and error correction model. The study has showed the existence of a relationship between domestic investment and economic growth, as well as its inexistence between non-oil exports and economic growth, and the absence of any long-term relationship between levels of economic growth and non-oil exports and domestic investment in Algeria, unlike Morocco.
