أثر تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات على أداء العاملين

Résumé: This study sought to identify the impact of Information Technology application on personnel performance in the model of fingerprint device technique in the Renewable Energy in Desert Environments Research Unit in Adrar. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, 82 questionnaires were distributed as questionnaires valid to analyze using the SPSS v2, The most important finding achieved, was that there is a statistically significant effect of the factors of the fingerprint device technique model on the personnel performance in the institution under study at the level of 5%, In light of these findings, the study concluded a number of recommendations and suggestions necessary to the institution in question, in order to give greater importance to the fingerprint device technique, especially during the time of development and digitization. The most important one of those, is the necessity to provide a suitable work environment based on the main factors of the fingerprint device technique in order to achieve a remarkable performance.
