حكم التداوي بالمحرمات (المسكرات والمخدرات -أنموذجا -)
Résumé: بحثنا هذا بعنوان حكم التداوي بالمحرمات المسك ا رت والمخد ا رت أنموذجا، درسنا فیه الإشكالیة الآتیة: ماهي أقوال وأ ا رء العلماء في حكم التداوي بالمسك ا رت والمخد ا رت؟ في ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول تناولنا فیه حقیقة التداوي وحكمه والمبحث الثاني : حقیقة المسك ا رت وتأثیرها على من یتناولها وحكم التداوي بها والمبحث الثالث : حقیقة المخد ا رت وتأثیرها على من یتناولها و حكم التداوي بها وأخی ا ر ختمنا بحثنا بالنتائج أهمها : اختلاف الفقهاء في حكم التداوي بالمسك ا رت والقول بعدم جواز التداوي هو ال ا رجح. اتفاق اغلب الفقهاء على جواز التداوي بالمخد ا رت وقیدوا ذلك بضوابط Abstract Takink drugs as medicines. We have dealt with the following hypothesis: What are the different opinions of Islamic specialist it? Our work is devided into fhreechapters, the first is about; judgment oftahing drinks (alcohol) as treatment. In the second one, the effects of taking drugs asmedicues. The last chapter is about the influence of taking drugs as medicines. In the conclusion we reached some result: the different opinions of Islamic scientists abont treating with drinks similar opinions of them concerning ctakings as medicines but with limits.
